Our cabinets are made-to-order for each individual customer, to their unique needs and designs. For that reason, we do not accept any returns.

As with any manufactured and shipped product, defects or transportation damage are a possibility. We ask that you please inspect and report your damages within 7 days of delivery. Should the unexpected arise, know we are here to help with any needs you have.

You can report any defects or shipping damages to our Customer Care team. When contacting Customer Care for a no-charge replacement, please ensure you have the original order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will work to get any replacements produced and out to you as quickly as possible. Replacement of any cabinets is our sole liability, and your exclusive remedy, for any damages. Cabinets are non-returnable and all sales are final.
